hamatirutyun.am is a website that enables organizations managing apartment buildings, buildings, private houses (hereinafter referred to as "Building"), condominiums to have their own space on the Website, as well as the residents of the Building to have a Personal Office, through which the Manager and the Resident can use the services provided by the Website, be in constant contact with each other, exchange information with each other in online mode at any time regarding the services used by the residents, the fees incurred for them, other issues related to the management of the Building, organize an online discussion of any issue related to the Building, conduct votes, get to know the news about the building, make payments, etc.

For the purpose of making payments through the Website, the type of payment means is determined by the Right Holder, about which relevant information is provided on the Website.

HOW TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE SERVICES

In order to use the Services through the Website, the Resident or Resident registers on the Website.

AVAILABLE SERVICES AND HOW TO USE THEM

In order to use the Services through the website, the Manager makes a payment within the terms specified in the Agreement.

Through the website, the Manager can use the following Services:

• Inform residents about expenses incurred
• Create or order community problem solving services
• Have the samples of documents necessary for the operation of the condominium

The right holder may create new Services in addition to those listed above and post information about them on the Website. Only Managers who have signed an appropriate contract with the Rightholder and have a separate subdomain can subscribe to the newly created Services.

MODERATION

The website is moderated by the Rightholder.

The Moderator has the exclusive authority to determine the compliance of the actions or inactions of the Manager, Resident or any person accessing the Site with these Terms and has the right, at its sole discretion and without prior warning, to block the Manager's or Resident's Personal Office or remove the messages, photos and other posted by them. the materials. The website allows the Manager and the Resident to alert the Rightholder by sending a message if they find any illegal content or activity.

The Rightholder has the right to post announcements on the Website, to use the announcement posted by the Resident or Manager within the scope and purpose of the Agreement, to edit or remove any information posted by the Resident or Manager at his own discretion, to unilaterally change the Personal offices of the Manager or Resident and the Website provided to the Manager.

LIMITATIONS ON LICENSEE'S LIABILITY

The website is not responsible for the content, authenticity and reliability of the data and information posted by the Manager or the Resident, as well as the content of the information provided by the Resident or the Manager.

Receipt of notices through the Site shall not constitute official notice.

The right holder is not responsible for incorrect payments made by you through the Website or based on the information posted on the Website. You can contact the billing system through which you made the payments for clarifications and corrections related to incorrect payments.

The copyright holder does not guarantee the privacy and security of the data you enter from hacker attacks, SPAM and other illegal actions of third parties.

You bear the risks of all consequences related to the transfer of your Identification data to others.

The right holder does not bear any responsibility for temporary interruptions in the work of the Website due to technical or other reasons.

The manager undertakes to respond personally to any complaints and suggestions of the Residents within the framework of the Services provided through the Website, and if necessary, only forward them to the Right Holder.

OTHER RULES

It is forbidden to discuss any such topics and spread video images or other content that contradict the requirements of the RA legislation, violate the norms of universal and national morality on the website.

You register on the Website and use the Services solely at your own risk and the Rightholder is not responsible for the damage caused to you or third parties as a result of the actions or inactions of you or third parties and to hold you responsible for the above-mentioned actions or inactions by competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia. for the consequences of your transactions through this Site.

The Rightholder has the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, except for cases of changes in the prices of the Services ordered by the Manager.

The website is not considered the official website of any government body or organization, therefore the content of the website is exclusively informative and advisory in nature.

The right holder has the right to fully or partially transfer the rights and obligations assumed by the Agreement and these Terms to another person by notifying the Manager in advance.
